TY LOUISETTE GITE

Please note that Ty Louisette is a non-smoking gîte. We kindly request that you do not bring pets.

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. The gîte must be vacated by 10.00am and new arrivals are welcome after 4.00pm.

Once you have booked a stay, the booking will be held for one week and is confirmed upon receipt of 30% deposit. The full balance is payable eight weeks before arrival.

We will provide tea towels, kitchen hand towel, bathroom hand towels, washing up liquid, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, hand-soap, loo rolls, cleaning materials, bin bags, fire lighting materials and logs.

Prices are quoted in Euros and we accept bookings worldwide by credit or debit card via PayPal (you are not required to have a PayPal account) at current exchange rates.

New arrivals will be greeted with a bottle of fresh milk in the fridge, flowers on the table, a copy of the local paper and two bottles of wine. We also provide complementary tea, instant and ground coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and cooking oil as a welcoming gesture.

Bed linen is provided and can be changed mid stay if needed subject to an extra charge of 7.50€ per person. We provide one standard towel per person, if you require additional towels please being them with you. Please bring your own beach towels.

Discounts: For two-week bookings we offer a 10% discount off the total price. For three weeks and over we offer 15% off.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

A 30% deposit to be paid at time of booking by credit/debit card or cheque (subject to 30€ surcharge). The balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Following the receipt of the balance payment we will send you confirmation of your booking by letter or email. We reserve the right to retain the deposit if you cancel your stay within 8 weeks of your arrival date. In the very unlikely event we have to cancel your booking you will receive a full refund of any monies paid. We strongly advise you to ensure you have adequate travel and health insurance cover for your holiday.
